VEIA Membership Terms

Eligibility & Verification

  • You are an independent EAP and/or specialist operating in South Africa.
  • Provide accurate registration numbers (SACNASP, EAPASA, Pr.Sci.Nat, Pr.Eng/Pr.Tech, etc.) where applicable.
  • Upload proof (registration certificate or letter). VEIA reserves the right to verify and reject applications.

Scope of Service

  • VEIA routes potential leads based on province and declared expertise. VEIA does not guarantee work, conversion, or volume.
  • You are responsible for all proposals, contracts, and delivery to clients.

Conduct & Quality

  • Respond to leads within 2 business days.
  • Decline leads outside your competence or where conflicts exist.
  • Comply with the EIA Regulations, applicable guidelines, and the EAP/discipline-specific codes.

Fees & Billing (for paid plans)

  • Membership fees are billed monthly in advance (non-refundable once the billing period starts).
  • Failure of payment may suspend membership and lead routing until rectified.

Data & Privacy (POPIA)

  • You consent to VEIA processing your personal data for verification and lead routing.
  • You will only use client data for legitimate purpose and keep it secure. No unauthorized sharing.

Fair Use & Anti-Spam

  • Do not mass-email or harass leads. One professional contact followed by client-requested follow-up is acceptable.
  • No scraping, resale, or redistribution of VEIA leads.

Termination

  • VEIA may suspend or terminate membership for breach, misrepresentation, or client complaints.
  • You may cancel anytime; access stops at the end of your paid period.
